This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to investigate the case and file the final report in the Crime No.64 of 2015 which is pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.64 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
