When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4 would submit that in response to the direction given by this Court on 05.04.2018, election has been cancelled by order dated 06.04.2018 in Na.Ka.No.1394/2018/T.nj.1 (5). 2.In view of cancellation of election to the Co-operative Society, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
