When the Second Appeal was listed on 08.12.2023, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he had already handed over the papers to the appellants with change of vakalat and his name may be removed from the cause-list. Recording the said submission, the Registry was directed to remove the names of the counsel who entered appearance for the appellants and list the Second Appeal by printing names of appellants.

2. Today, the Second Appeal is listed by printing the names of appellants, however, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
