This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.261 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent or some other agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.261 of 2013 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.82 of 2015 was also served.
