Heard Mr. T.Saikrishnan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.S.Kothandaraman, Learned Government Advocate (Puducherry), who takes notice for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to issue ratification as sought by the Third and Fourth Respondents in their letter dated 21.11.2017 sent to the Second Respondent based on the representation dated 13.10.2023 made by the Petitioner in that regard.

When it is pointed out by Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner had not made representation to the competent authority, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdrawn the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to make fresh representation before the competent authority seeking appropriate relief and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
