ORDER
WMP. No.5568 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.
2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to cancel patta No.448 standing in the name of respondents 7 and 8 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3.The petitioner claims that erroneously and illegally patta No.448 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition was issued in favour of respondents 7 and 8. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same.
The petitioner had given a representation on 29.12.2025 to the official respondents seeking for cancellation of patta No.448. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 6. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 7 and 8, notice to respondents 7 and 8 is dispensed with. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 7 and 8 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.448 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of respondents 7 and 8, after
hearing the objections of respondents 7 and 8 and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 13-02-2026 vga
