ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner submits that he is in possession and enjoyment of the house bearing Survey No.47/3 situated at Thittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District and it was classified ad Thoppu Poramboke and though he was an encroacher, as per G.O.Ms.No.142 Revenue Department, dated 23.5.2013, he is entitled to house site patta and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 3.6.2014 in person to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents and since he has not been favoured with any response, he came forward to file the present writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. The representation is dated 3.6.2014 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was submitted in person. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to respondents 2 and 3 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the same on merits and and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner and inform the decision taken to the writ petitioner.
