This Civil miscellaneous petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent viz., K.M.Yella Reddy, the proposed respondents 3 to 7 herein as respondents 3 to 7 in CRP.(PD).No.2241 of 2017.

2.Mr.K.S.Vaithyanathan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents 3 to 7.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
