Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.395 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] that the offences levelled as against the petitioners in this case are bailable in nature.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the Criminal Original Petition is closed as not maintainable.
