ORDER

The writ petitioner in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 has filed the above WMPs seeking following reliefs :

(a) WMP.No.20091 of 2026 is filed by the writ petitioner to amend the prayer in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 with reference to the extent of the Plot as 2400 sqft., instead of 1200 sq.ft., and the survey number mentioned therein as Survey No.257/4 instead of Survey No.257, and also to amend the order in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024. (b)WMP.No.32908 of 2025 is filed to modify the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by oversight the extent and survey number has been mentioned wrongly in the prayer in W.P.No.27417 of 2024. However, in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit in W.P.No.27417 of 2024, the extent and survey number has been rightly described as 2400 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.257/4. Hence, he seeks to amend the same in the main writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathish, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who has no objection in allowing the above miscellaneous petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the counsel for the petitioner and since no objection was offered by the respondent counsel, both the aforesaid WMPs are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the prayer portion of the order in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.

4. In the light of the amendment sought by the petitioner in WMP.No.20091 of 2026, is granted by this Court, the WMP.No.32908 of 2025, which was filed to modify the order in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024, is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to modify the order in W.P.No.27417 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024, with reference to the above relief only. 24-06-2026 DS
