ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.Manohar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment by an illegal construction of Sri Sarvamangala Valamburi Vinayagar Temple along with an outhouse situated between Plot Nos.74 and 89 Santhinekethan Colony Madanapuram Mudichur Road Tambaram within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that the petitioner has got relief elsewhere and he has come up with this petition on completion of structure. Moreover, we find that no public interest is involved in the present writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
