Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the above criminal original petition No.2506 of 2022 to the petitioners vide order dated 04.02.2022 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karaikal and pass such further or other orders. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2506 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 to comply the order and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
