This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner complaint vide order dated 25.11.2022 in CMP.No.5728 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No-II and file the First Information Report.

2. When this matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that First Information Report in Crime No.115 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 471 of IPC was registered by Poonamallee Police Station.

3. In view of the registration of First Information Report in Crime No.115 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 471 of IPC by Poonamallee Police Station, there is no need to pass any orders on this petition.
