ORDER
Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.
2.Alleging that respondents 3 to 5 are indulging in indiscriminate tapping of water much to the suffering of the villagers including the petitioner, a representation was given to respondents 1 and 2 on 24.04.2017 seeking appropriate action. Though the representation was given a few days earlier, considering the urgency, the present writ petition is filed. 3.Taking into consideration the above, a direction is issued to the first respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2017 and take appropriate action, after due notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
