When the matter was came up for hearing on 19.08.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 28.09.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".
Today, when the matter is called for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Since the Criminal Revision is pending from the year 2013, and considering the fact, that the petitioner is not interested in conducting the case, this Court has no other option except than to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
