O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.238 of 2018 for recovery of jewels from the second respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner herein.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the first respondent and second respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

4.On a perusal of the records, this Court is of the view that the complaint has not been registered by the police authority. It is for the petitioner to take alternative remedy as per Sections 154 or 200 Cr.P.C. without availing the same he cannot mechanically seek blanket directions. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that the petitioner and 2nd respondent obtained divorce by mutual consent before the Family Court.

5. In the light of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
