These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 199 days in representing the respective WMP.SR.Nos.166465, 166466 & 166464 of 2023 in W.P.Nos.34606, 34607 & 37555 of 2003.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respective petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

4. Accordingly these Petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the respective Miscellaneous petitions, if it is otherwise in order and post the matters in the usual course.
