O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and rightly, as the petitioner recognises that the cause of action for contempt arises from order dated 06.10.2017 passed by this Court in Application Nos.5378 and 5379 of 2017 in E.P.No.351 of 2013 and directions issued at paragraph 24 of that order.
