Heard Mr.S.Gautham Venkata Narayanan, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs.S.Premalatha, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the time of admission after recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of the petitioner's application for refund of the amount in accordance with law.

3. The learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent did not have any serious objection to the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submission, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the Respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 17.04.2024 for refund of amount, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
