Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also he made the following endorsement in the Writ Petition:
"It is humbly submitted that a family settlement was reached by all the legal heirs of the deceased and that based on the Memo of Compromise this Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass decree and judgment in CS No. 155 of 2015."
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
