J., When these matters came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to cause summons to the two Assistant Returning Officers namely (1) Mr.S.Venkatesh, Assistant Returning officer and Tahsildar, Veerakeralampudur;

and (2) Mrs.Muruguselvi, Assistant Returning Officer and Special Tahsildar, SSS, Tenkasi, both in-charge of the Counting Postal Ballots, to appear in person to depose evidence and produce any documents.

2. These Original Applications are dismissed.

3. Call the main case on 27.04.2023.

4. Registry is directed to cause summons to the above said these two Assistant Returning Officers for their appearance in person before this Court and give evidence on 27.04.2023.
