ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.05.2015 and to investigate the same and file a final report before the appropriate court within the reasonable time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 11.05.2015 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
