This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.15 of 2017 on the file of the Ulundurpet All Women Police Station, Villupuram District and quash the same. 3.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Madhan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent/State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2017 was completed and charge sheet was filed in P.R.C.No.3 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ulundurpet and the case has been committed to the Court of Session in S.C.No.113 of 2019 and the trial is pending before the Mahila Court, Villupuram.
In view of the above developments, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is therefore closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court after the charges are framed. Connected Crl.M.P.No.2484 of 2018 is closed.
