Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned letters dated the 2nd day of June 2014 and the 27th day of January 2015 issued by the fifth respondent without proper authority; the impugned letter dated the 20th day of March 2015 issued by the fourth respondent without proper authority; the impugned enquiry report dated the 8th day of April 2015 based on the enquiry conducted without proper authority and the consequential impugned order of termination dated the 10th day of July 2015 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with full consequential service benefits including salary and allowances.
