ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner except by due process of law. 1/4
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that divorce proceeding and other incident proceedings are pending between the petitioner and his wife W.R.Shilpa. They have a child named Sahan Karun and he is under the care and custody of the petitioner. On the basis of the complaint given by his wife, respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Therefore, this petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by petitioner's wife W.R.Shila, enquiry in CSR.No.768 of 2022 was conducted. After finding that there are proceedings pending before the Family court, CSR.No.768 of 2022 is closed on 11.01.2023.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, there is no First Information Report or petitioner enquiry against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that, there is no need to pass further orders in this petition.
