ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) read with section 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (amendment) Act, 2024, in Crime
No.1010 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of brandy bottles 1440 Nos. Hence the case has been registered.
3.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.664 of 2026 on the following reasons: "5. Considering the fact that huge quantity of brandy bottles is involved in this case and the fact that the petitioner has one previous case and if he is released on bail, there is a possibility that the petitioner will involve in similar offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."
4. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
