Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani, Erode District, in Crime No.252 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
