This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.319 of 2012, on the file of the respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.319 of 2012 and filed a final report on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.
