This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.117 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Gummidipoondi Police Station, Tiruvallur District to the file of any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and file a charge sheet against the accused to secure the ends of justice

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel that the accused is a notorious person and has two previous cases against him. In such circumstances, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gummidipoondi, is directed to personally monitor the investigation in Gummidipoondi Police Station in Crime No.117 of 2015 and during the course of investigation, if an offence under Section 307 of I.P.C., is made out, the same may be added.
