ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.5 of 2017 now pending on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. Various grounds raised by the petitioner in the present criminal original petition would touch on the facts which remain to be elucidated at the time of trial. I do not intend to go into these facts, because, it is a matter to be established during the trial and also for the reason that it may have a bearing on the proceedings, thereby affecting the parties. Hence, in the absence of any valid legal grounds to invoke Section 482 Cr.P.C., the present criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
