The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been filed challenging a tender Notification dated 06.07.2012. According to him, the subject tender is for a period of three years. Since the period of three years has come to an end, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs.
