O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct an inquiry under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, after giving notice to the petitioners and make an award redetermining the amount of compensation payable to the petitioners' land of an extent of 0.05.5 Hectares comprised in Survey No.123/11B, Vallipuram Village, covered by Notification dated 24.08.1993 under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and Award No.3/95 dated 29.09.1995 of the Land Acquisition Officer and Special Tahsildar (L.A.), Bye Pass Road, Namakkal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and no further order is required.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
