ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in connection with Crime No.383 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 20.01.2026, in Crl.O.P.No.757 of 2026, had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

"6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact

that the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in the transportation and possession of ganja, this Court is of the view that, if released on bail, the petitioner is likely to indulge in similar offences and may hamper the investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."

3. The petitioner has filed this second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances. Hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
