This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.1194 of 2017 dated 18.01.2017.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.01.2017 for measuring the land in

S.No.251/2 as per the decree passed in O.S.No.319 of 2004 dated 29.09.2010 has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a letter from the petitioner dated 02.04.2018, to that effect.
