ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the recommendations of the third respondent dated 01.07.2021 and approve the regularization of the service of the petitioner in the post of Senior Factory Assistant and further direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2020 and appoint him as a Driver on a permanent basis in the third respondent union.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of

the petitioner on the strength of the recommendations made by the third respondent dated 01.07.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
