ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 21.09.2012 seeking employment under the category of land loser.
2. According to the petitioner, the land to the extent of 1.16 acreas in S.No.343/1, Seekarajapuram village, Wallajah Taluk, Vellore District belonging to his grandmother, was acquired as per the Award No.15/82, dated 11.12.1982, by the respondents for the purpose of construction of BHEL company. For the purpose of providing employment under the category of land loser, the petitioner's grandmother was called upon by the respondent to appear before the enquiry on 10.08.1984. petitioner's grandmother that the petitioner's employment was recommended to the higher authorities. The petitioner's grandmother later came to know from the newspaper publications, that 1st respondent company was inviting applications from the family of land losers for giving employment, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in WP.No.25480/2008 on 29.09.2010. Accordingly, the petitioner , being the legal heir of the land owner, made a representation to the respondents seeking to provide appointment on various dates. Inspite of various representations, no orders have been passed, which prompted the petitioner to come before this Court.

Though very many grounds have been raised in the writ petition, however, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2012 and to pass appropriate orders therein.
4. The learned standing counsel as well as the the Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 respectively, submit that if any such direction is given by this Court, the same would be complied with and the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2012 would be disposed of in accordance with law.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed off. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
