praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/1375/2015, dated 06.07.2015 and quash the same and thereby direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry in accordance with the provisions of Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act in respect of the complaint of the petitioner against the 5th respondent Panchayat President for misappropriation of public funds in the Panchayat and take action in accordance with law.
