Prayer: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 25.09.2020 passed in A.S. No.16 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Kancheepuram at Chengalpet confirming the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2014 passed in O.S. No.126 of 2010, on the file of the Sub-Court, Maduranthagam.

JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.09.2020 passed in A.S. No.16 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Kancheepuram at Chengalpet confirming the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2014 passed in O.S. No.126 of 2010, on the file of the SubCourt, Maduranthagam.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, along with a 2/6

Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2025 entered into between the parties, duly st respondent and their counsels, is filed signed by both the appellant and the 1 and the same is recorded.

3.The Second Appeal in S.A. No.602 of 2023 is disposed of in accordance with the settlement arrived at between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The 4/6
