Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NOS.10883 & 11281 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018 in so far as the petitioner concerned shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ANBALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.10883 & 11281 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120B of IPC read with Section 5 of TNPID Act, 1997 in Crime No.2 of 2018, while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and that since the petitioners are working as coolie and their families depend upon his income only, they find difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, they seek for relaxation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitionerss are complying with the condition for the past 75 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.10883 & 11281 of 2018, dated 16.04.2018 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders"

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
