Despite serving notice to the respondent and his name printed in the cause list, no representation for the respondent. 2.A perusal of records, the reasons stated in the affidavit are satisfied and the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised arguable points in the grounds of appeal. Hence, this Court grants leave to prefer the appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai in C.C.No.3130 of 2016, dated 07.02.2020 and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 07.04.2021.
