] This petition is filed to implead Rt.Rev.Dr.Christian Samraj, the Bishop of Tanquebar/President of TELC as 4th respondent in W.P.M.P.No.28907 of 2023 in W.P.SR.No.40910 of 2017.

2.Despite notice being ordered and served on the 4th respondent/proposed party, there is no representation for the 4th respondent. Hence, this petition is ordered.
