Having regard to the nature of the grievance sought to be ventilated by the Petitioner in the representations dated 07.08.2019 and 28.09.2019 made to the Respondent, it is pointed out by Mr. L.P.Shanmugasundaram, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondent that the same could be redressed by referring that dispute for decision by the jurisdictional Registrar of Co-operative Societies under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to that procedure. He has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
