ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1128 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Annamalai Nagar Police Station, Cuddalore District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram on 19.12.2024 and the same was not taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
