ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR dated 06.06.2011 filed by the respondent police in Cr.No.281 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mr.A.Kumaraiah, Inspector of Police, Ulunthurpet Police Station, Villupuram, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Cr.No.281 of 2011 has been completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 05.08.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
