This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in judgment dated 14.12.2012 made in C.A.No.27 of 2004 on the file of the learned Additional District cum Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, confirming the conviction and altering the sentence in the judgment dated 13.05.2004 made in C.C.No.367 of 2000 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli and set aside the judgments.
