O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 16.11.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought to rectify the mistake made in his application dated 23.09.2017 and treat the said application as the one made under the Disabled Personnel of Armed Force category.

2. According to the petitioner, he has mistakenly ticked Column 4(4) meant for Widows/Dependents of Central/ State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking Personnel instead of ticking Column No.4(2) meant for Disabled Personnel of Armed Forces in the application submitted before the respondent for appointment to LPG Distributorship. Therefore, he wants to rectify such mistake by making the said representation.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
