C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the Charge Memo dated 21.01.2013 is under challenge in this writ petition. However, the enquiry proceedings were concluded and a final order has been passed in the disciplinary proceedings. Thus, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected the Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
