Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every Friday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21862 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21862 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
