When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai, in No.75/BCDFGISSSV/2025, dated 10.02.2025, the petitioner has been detained as "Drug Offender" as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
