Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the orders of this court made in W.P.No.10602 of 2015, dated 13.04.2015 by paying the compensation as awarded in the Maha Lok Adalat. The 2nd respondent also filed a Compliance Report along with the receipts and the copy of the cheque dated 29.07.2019.

3. Recording the submissions made in para 4 of the Compliance Report, the Contempt Petition stands closed. In the event of the petitioner having any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate petition to restore the Contempt Petition.
